What’s holding your most energetic self back?
Here are six of the most distracting problems that I notice around me and that I am constantly seeking to improve:
- Low Levels of Energy and Motivation: We need reminders to exercise, eat nutritious food, and get sufficient sleep.
- High levels of Stress and Anxiety: We need to develop and increase our ability to stay calm and cool and find time to relax and recharge.
- Lack of Fresh Air: We need to spend more time outside enjoying and interacting with the great outdoors.
- Digital Media Addiction: We need to spend less time combing through endless feeds of media and entertainment.
- Fixed and Set in One’s Way: We need to be like water and be open to trying a new way of thinking or doing something.
- Allergic to Exercise: We need to stop thinking about exercise and physical movement as an optional chore and think about it as one of life’s delights and a human necessity.
